Getting “unstuck
Sometimes, you need a change but don’t know how to make it happen. Maybe you’ve sunk into habits you loathe; maybe you’re staying in a relationship that’s bringing you heartache instead of joy and growth.

Perhaps your workplace (or even your profession itself) has stopped giving you the satisfaction and/or the financial rewards that you deserve – but nevertheless you just “can’t” bring yourself to leave.

Maybe, deep inside, you know that you’re “stuck”, but you’ve forgotten (or never knew) how to think in different and more creative ways.


When your therapist knows how “to think outside the box” -- your thinking also becomes more flexible and your range of emotions expands.
